The present invention relates to a somesthesia inducing device. More specifically, the present invention relates to a device for inducing somesthesia in user′s skin using pulse laser which has the wavelength of 809 nm, while satisfying safety standards. Particularly, the somesthesia inducing device is capable of inducing somesthesia in the user by controlling main frequency, sub-frequency, intensity, the duty ratio, and the diameter of laser irradiated to the user. |
