The present invention provides a method for preparing a TCN-metal composite separation membrane, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a TCN powder using a sol-gel method; mixing a metal powder with the TCN powder, followed by milling, to prepare a TCN-metal powder; and preparing the TCN-metal powder into a TCN-metal composite separation membrane. Therefore, the present invention can prepare a hydrogen separation membrane with high hydrogen ion conductivity, excellent chemical durability, and higher ion conductivity than other ceramic materials at a high temperature, thereby offering effects suitable for the production of high-purity hydrogen.
