The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for measuring the metal ion permeability of a polymer film. The method for measuring the metal ion permeability of a polymer film comprises: a step of allowing one surface of a polymer film to come in contact with an electrolyte containing metal ions, an organic solvents, and a water-based solvent and then applying voltage to the polymer film at a temperature of 5 to 250 degrees; and a step of measuring the change rate of resistance or currents of the polymer film over time after the voltage is applied.
