PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an angle detection error resulting from a non-linearity error in an A/D converter.SOLUTION: In a semiconductor device, a sine wave signal SN1 is input to a first input unit T1 and a cosine wave signal CS1 is input to a second input unit T2. A multiplexer MUX alternately selects one of the sine wave signal SN1 and the cosine wave signal CS1. An analog/digital converter 11 converts an output signal from the multiplexer MUX to a digital value. A switch circuit SWa is connected between at least one of the first and second input units T1 and T2 and the multiplexer MUX. A switch circuit SWSa is configured to be able to invert the input sine wave signal SN1 or cosine wave signal CS1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
