PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-receiving device capable of reducing the mechanical load due to an external force acting on a housing, even if the clearance of the light-receiving device and housing is set small for thinning an object apparatus.SOLUTION: In a light-receiving device A1 including a substrate 1 having a mounting surface 11a, and on which an internal electrode 12 and an external electrode 13 are disposed, respectively, a light-receiving element 2 mounted on the mounting surface 11a, and a sealing resin 3 covering the substrate 1, and the light-receiving element 2, the sealing resin 3 has a principal surface 31 directing the same direction as that of the mounting surface 11a, and a side 32 directing perpendicularly to the direction of the mounting surface 11a. The mounting surface 11a has a protrusion 41 protruding farther outside than the side 32, and protruding farther than the principal surface 31 in the direction of the mounting surface 11a, and a projecting resin 4 in contact with the principal surface 31, the side 32, and the mounting surface 11a, respectively, where the projecting resin 4 is formed of a resin different from the sealing resin 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
