In order to provide a circuit structure that enables easy electronic component mounting (electrical connection of terminals), this circuit structure 1 comprises: a substrate 10 having a conductive pattern 101 formed on one surface 10a thereof; a conductive member 20 fixed to the other surface 10b of the substrate 10; an electronic component 30 having first-type terminals 32, 33, being some of a plurality of terminals, electrically connected to the conductive member 20 and having second-type terminals 34, being others among the plurality of terminals, connected to the conductive pattern formed on the substrate 10; and a relay member 40 being a member having at least part thereof fixed to the conductive member 20 via an insulating material and being for electrically connecting the second-type terminals 34 and the conductive pattern 101 formed on the substrate.
