PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lifting of a heater element thereby preventing an occupant from feeling discomfort.SOLUTION: A heater element 40 includes: a heat insulation sheet; a heat conductive sheet 43 overlapped with the heat insulation sheet; and heating elements 45 disposed between the heat insulation sheet and the heat conductive sheet 43 and respectively having heat transfer lines which generate heat by energization. The heat conductive sheet 43 includes a pair of facing edge parts 48 which extends in a longitudinal direction. An extension part 48a which further extends in the longitudinal direction is provided at one of the pair of facing edge parts. |
