PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof plate device capable of easily measuring the amount of flowing-in water.SOLUTION: A waterproof plate device includes: a waterproof plate 20 which moves up over a road surface to dam up water; a waterproof plate housing pit 2b formed under the road surface so as to house the waterproof plate; a catchment pit (2a) provided in a passage where the waterproof plate housing pit is formed so as to allow water to flow therein from a conduit 17b; a catchment bucket 19 arranged in the catchment pit so as to move up and down in the catchment pit according to the weight of water reserved in the catchment pit; a transfer mechanism 31 moving the waterproof plate up and down as the catchment bucket moves up and down; a water flow detection sensor 60 measuring the flow rate of water flowing in the catchment pit, the water flow detection sensor including a flap 63 arranged in the conduit and moving according to running water passing through the conduit and detection means for detecting the position of the flap. |
