A pressure sensitive paper cutter is provided to cut roll type pressure sensitive paper into a predetermined length quickly and thus to reduce the time taken for a process test. A pressure sensitive paper cutter includes a base plate(100); a paper discharge unit(110) installed on the base plate, and discharging a sheet of pressure sensitive paper(200); a pressure sensitive paper conveying unit for moving a front end of the pressure sensitive paper; and a pressure sensitive paper cutting unit for cutting the pressure sensitive paper in a transverse direction crossing the discharge direction of the pressure sensitive paper. The pressure sensitive paper cutting unit includes a cutter(121); and a cutter cylinder(120) for reciprocating the cutter in the transverse direction crossing the discharge direction of the pressure sensitive paper.
