METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CREATING LIVING BODY DATA MODEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating a living body data model which behaves according to a physical property value in each region by combining a plurality of medical images with one another.SOLUTION: A method for creating a living body data model includes: setting a combination of sensor image data to be a pair in medical images obtained by imaging the same object of a living body by a plurality of image sensors; selecting and setting a plurality of feature points displaying the same place followed by fitting a feature point coordinate; executing rearrangement of one sensor image through projective transformation and linear interpolation so as to fit it to the contour of the other sensor image, and positioning it in the contour to perform correction; and constituting a physical property value of a region corresponding to the other sensor value imparted for each region of the living body that the one sensor image displays, and showing the region through the operation of a computer by an operator, as a physical property value table. Further, physical property value imparting means included in the computer imparts a physical property value to a pixel in an area showing the region from the physical property value table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
