An array substrate and a display device having the same are provided to prevent inferiority of pixel parts, by forming dispersing circuit parts at the voltage lines receiving a common voltage, and delaying and dispersing energy of static electricity introduced into voltage lines. A base substrate is formed of a display area(DA) composed of a plurality of pixel parts and having pixel electrodes formed at the pixel parts, and peripheral areas(PA2,PA3,PA4) surrounding the display area. Voltage lines(131,133,141,143) are formed at the peripheral areas, and apply a first common voltage to common electrodes opposite to the pixel electrodes. Dispersing circuit parts(171,172,173,174) are electrically connected with ends of the voltage lines for dispersing static electricity introduced into the voltage lines. |
