The thermoelectric converter includes a first thermoelectric module including a first substrate, a second substrate disposed to face the first substrate, and a first thermoelectric element disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; first and second thermoelectric conversion members disposed on the first and second substrates, respectively; a second thermoelectric module including a third substrate, a fourth substrate disposed to face the third substrate, and a second thermoelectric element disposed between the third substrate and the fourth substrate; third and fourth thermoelectric conversion members disposed on the third and fourth substrates, respectively; wherein the first and third substrates may be heat generation substrates, the second and fourth substrates may be heat absorption substrates, and the first and second thermoelectric modules may be arranged in a structure in which the second and fourth substrates face each other.
