<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote consulting system wherein connection destination mistake by a customer is prevented and skill of consulting members is shared with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The remote consulting system is characterized in such a way that a customer terminal establishes communication with a first called terminal to execute remote consulting communication, a virtual shared image server executes information shared processing between the customer terminal and the first called terminal, the customer terminal transmits a video audio stream to a relay apparatus, the relay apparatus distributes the video audio stream to the first called terminal, the first called terminal establishes communication with a second called terminal to transfer remote consulting communication to the second called terminal, the virtual shared image server executes information shared processing among the customer terminal, the first called terminal, and the second called terminal, the relay apparatus distributes the video audio stream to the second called terminal, the second called terminal establishes communication with the customer terminal to connect the transferred remote consulting communication to the customer terminal, and the first called terminal establishes communication with the customer terminal at the end of the transfer to continue the remote consulting communication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
