PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely wind-fasten a skirt part 10a of a metal cap 10, even when a small container 4 and the metal cap 10 such as a vial easily slip.SOLUTION: The container 4 covered with the metal cap 10 is placed on a container table 26, and the container 4 is rotated in a state of being pressed dowm by a pressure block 48 from above. A roller 52 is approached to the rotating container 4, and is bent by pressing to the skirt part 10a of the metal cap 10. When pressing the roller 52 to the skirt part 10a of the metal cap 10 by advancing in the direction of the container 4, in the first stage, at least the container 4 is rotated once by stopping in a position where an inner surface of the skirt part 10a does not touch with a surface of the container 4, and is further advanced thereafter, and at least the container 4 is rotated once in a state where the inner surface of the skirt part 10a is pressed to the surface of the container 4. |
