A decorative multi-loop device is provided which is formed from at least one blank of foldable sheet material. The blank includes a central section (13) and a plurality of loop-forming segments (14) extending laterally outwardly from the central section (13). A loop-retaining unit (12) cooperates with the central section (13) and distal end portions (14A-14R) of the segments to retain each segment in a loop configuration.
