<p>Raw coffee beans are roasted and are then passed to a mill-extractor. A blower sends air into the main body of a container of the extractor so as to cool the beans before extraction. Hot water is poured over the beans in side the extractor, after which the coffee is then supplied to the server. All the functioning units within the appts. are controlled using an electrical timer.</p> |
