PURPOSE:To perform the deformation correction of an external tooth and the deformation straightening of the inner spline simultaneously by rapidly cooling simultaneously with the correction of the external tooth by a rolling gear by engaging the inner spline to a plug after heating a work gear with its external tooth. CONSTITUTION:The inner spline is fixed by its engaging with a plug by heating the work gear 1 subjected to a cementation to the prescribed temp. after the tooth profile formation and spline forming. The gear 1 is then bitten with driving and fixed rolling gears 3, 4 in order by advancing the plug along a guide groove 5 and bent groove 5' in the state of engaging the gear 1 with pressure rolling gear 2. The work gear 1 is rapidly cooled simultaneously with the correcting of the external tooth by the rolling gears 2, 3, 4 in this state. The deformation correction of the external tooth and the deformation straightening of the inner spline can be thus performed simultaneously. |
