PURPOSE:To reduce the current consumption for an amplifying circuit containing the up-and down-switching elements, by switching the bias voltage which is applied to the up-switching element. CONSTITUTION:The pulse amplifying circuits 31-34 contain the up-switching elements Qu and down-switching elements Qd. A switching circuit 30 having a switching element Q1 is provided between a bias source terminal 5 and a resistance RG connected to the gate of the element Qu. Then the bias voltage VS which is applied to the resistance RG through the terminal 5 is switched, and the bias voltage of the element Qu is supplied only at a moment when the output of an output terminal 2a has a rise. Thus the useless current flowing to the resistance RG can be deprived of to reduce the current consumption. |
