摘要 |
PURPOSE:To manufacture a highly safe loading wheel whose mode of breaking by fatigue under a condition where the loading wheel is repeatedly applied with load, is not a breaking at an engaged part penetrating an engaging part of a joint but a breaking of a rim which is found at an early stage. CONSTITUTION:When a loading wheel is manufactured by joining a rim and a disk by laser welding or electron beam welding, whole the circumference of each of the rim and the disk are superposed-welded so as to be the ratio of the width W of the joining part of the joint to the plate thickness T suffices Formula 1. W/T>=0.3...(I). When a part of the engaging part is superposed- welded, the ratio of length of a bead L (the length of one bead) to the plate thickness T suffices Formulat II in addition to the relation I. When a specified value of W/T is not obtained by one passing, W may be expanded by several more passings. L/T>=1.5...(II). |
