PURPOSE:To obtain the subject product intending to balance nutrition of eating habit and further improving heath promoting action by natural increase in daily intake of algae by blending powder of algae and/or fine algae with powder of chitin and/or chitosan. CONSTITUTION:Powder of algae and/or fine algae is blended with powder of chitin and/or chitosan to give the objective product. The powder of algae and/or fine algae and the powder of chitin and/or chitosan are preferably fine and about 0.1 micron with respect to increase in adsorbing action on harmful substances such as cholesterol. The product, for example, is packed into small bags for dose or into capsules or sugar-coated tablet and used. |
