A method for tooth root canal disinfection comprises the opening of root canal eyes, extirpation of pulp and its remains, mechanical passing and broadening of root canal, irrigation, introduction of bactericide agent, its photostimulation. Nanoparticles with bactericidal properties, for example silver, as a colloid solution are used as a bactericide agent. Photostimulation is carried out with laser impulses under conditions, which meets the criterion of blast wave formation in the tooth root canal.
