CASTING MOLD TO BE HEATED BY MICROWAVE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CERAMIC SINTERED COMPACT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic casting mold capable of efficiently making a dense ceramic sintered compact by using microwave heating, and a manufacturing method for the ceramic sintered compact using the casting mold.

SOLUTION: In the casting mold to be heated by the microwave heating, ceramic slurry is poured in the casting mold to be molded, and a series of heating steps from drying to sintering are performed by the microwave heating without separating the mold. The casting mold is made of a ceramic material which is easy to absorb the microwave and/or a ceramic material where the treatment for easily absorbing the microwave is applied.
