<p>PURPOSE:To settle damaging of fine grinding blades and clogging of materials to be crushed and improve efficiency of crushing materials to be crushed by adjacently arranging a rough crushing section and a fine crushing section and arranging these sections in such a manner that the materials roughly crushed by the rough crushing section are transferred by their own weight to the fine crushing section. CONSTITUTION:The many rough crushing blades 17 (17a to 17f) and fine crushing blades 40 (40a to 40f) respectively mounted at a driving shaft 9 rotate when a motor 5 is driven. The materials to be crushed, for example, waste pieces of resin molded products are charged into a charging port 32 of a hopper 31. The waste pieces, then, slip down on a slope 33 and are supplied from an aperture 30 of a casing 8 into a rough crushing chamber 15. The waste pieces are roughly crushed by the shearing force of the respective rotating rough crushing blades 17 and stationary blades. The waste pieces are thereafter transferred into the fine crushing chamber 16 by their own weight from the spacings between the respective upper and lower partition plates 50, 51. The waste pieces are finely crushed by the shearing force of the respective rotating fine crushing blades 40 and the stationary blades. As a result, the efficiency of crushing the materials to be crushed is improved.</p> |
