<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer sheet, with which a highly color dense thermal transfer image and a shining pattern can be formed easily and a unique designable and securable shining pattern can be formed and, at the same time, which can be manufactured easily and inexpensively, and an image formed material. <P>SOLUTION: In the thermal transfer sheet, which is formed by providing a dye layer region with at least one color and a shining transfer layer region in the planar order named on one side of a base material, the dye layer region is formed by laminating at least a dye barrier layer and a dye layer in the order named on the surface of the base material and the shining transfer layer region is formed by laminating at least a peel ply, a relief forming layer with a shining effect-revealing relief shape and a reflecting layer in the order named on the surface of the base material preferably under the condition that the dye barrier layer and the reflecting layer are made of one and the same layer consisting of a metal or a metal compound provided on one and the same surface of the base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
