PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of patches and compression, by dividing half a part heated by a heater to an upper and a lower parts and setting the parts at different specific temperatures. SOLUTION: A heater is divided to an upper heater 1 and a lower heater 3. The upper heater 1 is adjusted to be approximately 55 deg.C and the lower heater 3 is adjusted to be approximately 40 deg.C. Since a compression is liable to occur primarily at an initial stage of migration, an upper part of a migration plate 74 is adjusted to be approximately 55 deg.C to effectively prevent the generation of the compression. A patch is given rise to if the heating is continued at about 55 deg.C. Therefore, the migration plate 74 is adjusted to be approximately 40 deg.C by the lower heater 3 after the initial stage of migration. Heat-uniforming plates 5, 7 are inserted between the upper heater 1, lower heater 3 and the migration plate 74, thereby enhancing heat conduction efficiency. The upper heater 1 and the heat-uniforming plate 5 are separated from the lower heater 3 and the heat-uniforming plate 7. A space 9 is provided at a boundary to prevent mutual heat conduction. The patch and compression can be prevented accordingly. |
