AIR CONDITIONING PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR MAKING THE SAME

Building air-conditioning process for external conditions of -12 and 35 degrees C, during which heat energy from the exhaust air (Vo) is transferred to the external input air (Ve) by return extraction recuperation or regeneration or mixing with external input air (Ve) flowing into the building. The residual energy of the exhaust air (Vo) is pumped by means of a low-boiling medium in the first exchanger (3) of the heat pump into the second exchanger (4) of the heat pump, which transfers this energy to the external input air (Ve). The apparatus consists of a ventilator (1) for the exhaust air (Voo) flowing out of the building and ventilator (2) for supplying external air (Vp) flowing into the building, the first exchanger (3) of the heat pump pertains to the ventilator (1) for exhaust air (Voo) from the building and the second exchanger (4) of the heat pump pertains to the ventilator (2) for feeding external air (Vp) into the building, the exchangers are connected on the air side with a unit (5) for return heat extraction and a control unit (6) on the coolant side with heat pump. The unit (5) for return heat extraction is a recuperative exchanger, regenerative exchanger or mixing chamber. The heat pump consists of the first exchanger (3) and second exchanger (4), a compressor (10) and four-way valve (11), whereas one constant coolant input into the four-way valve (11) is connected to the compressor (10) discharge and the other three connections are arranged as follows: in non-reversed position the outlet from the exchanger (3) is connected to the intake of the compressor (10) and the expansion vessel (14), and the delivery pipe into the compressor (10) is connected to the exchanger (4); in non-reversed position the compressor (10) discharge is connected to the exchanger (3) and the exchanger (4) inlet is connected to the outlet to the intake of the compressor (10) and the expansion vessel (14).
