FIELD: waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: wastes after crushing are subjected to drying to moisture content no higher than 50% followed by post-drying until moisture is completely removed. Thereafter, heat treatment in alkaline medium is carried out in recovery unit at 1100-1700 C, into which waste is fed by means of worm nozzle. Residence time of combustion products in flame is at least 2 s, burning being effected on backstone bearer of combustor. EFFECT: fully eliminated toxic combustion products. 5 cl, 1 dwg
