<p>The facade has a seal (1,2) between the spar (5,6) and a cover strip (7) which has a fixing means holding, e.g. a window pane. A U-shaped screw channel (4) is provided on the spar with its U-opening directed towards the cover strip and receiving the fixing means. A strip having the screw channel can be pushed into and along a channel socket (3) located on the spar. The screw channel and channel socket are both U-shaped and the U openings face the cover strip.
