An apparatus and a method for generating micro-bubbles with a large volume using a surfactant are provided to generate easily micro-bubbles in a state suitable for target materials of the wastewater treatment processes by maintaining a volume ratio of gas to the bubble liquid to a range of 30 to 40% in a bubble liquid having properties making it possible to perform easily various wastewater treatment processes. An apparatus for generating micro-bubbles of a surfactant(S) and controlling bubble sizes of the surfactant using characteristics of the surfactant and pressurized spraying of a transfer pressurization pump comprises: a dilution tank(1) which has a mixing agitator(5), to which a surfactant supply pipe(3) and an influent supply pipe(2) with an automatic influent supply valve(21) are connected, and in which a diluted solution(L) prepared by diluting a surfactant with an influent is stored; a bubble generating chamber(4) spraying the diluted solution onto the interface of the diluted solution and air; and a diluted solution transfer pressurization unit having a transfer pressurization pump(10) and a transfer pressurization pipe(11), wherein a level sensor(7) is installed on the dilution tank, the bubble generating chamber includes a first pressurized spray nozzle(41) and a second pressurized spray nozzle(44), and the transfer pressurization pipe of the transfer pressurization unit is in communication with a bubble generating chamber connecting pipe(12), a micro-bubble bypass pipe(15), and a micro-bubble discharge pipe(17). |
