The inventive arrangement for sending messages consists of a pre-printed section and an additional section that can be completed by hand. The pre-printed section is located on a different surface from the section that can be completed by hand. Both parts can be joined to each other to form a unit by pivoting one surface towards the other. The messages are coded. The surfaces form part of a packet. The packet consists of a cuboid with six surfaces. Messages are contained on two opposite surfaces of the cuboid.
