The MOS transistor (1) has its gate terminals connected to transconductance control terminal. The gate terminals of the MOS transistor (2,3) are connected to differential input terminal. The gate of the MOS transistor (4,5) are connected to bias input terminal. The capacitors (10,11) are connected to the source terminal of the MOS transistors (4,5) respectively.
