SOLUTION: A washing liquid is charged into a chemical liquid tank 13, and the washing liquid in the chemical liquid tank 13 is injected into the immersion membrane by a head of the installation height or air pressure to wash the immersion membrane, and immediately after the washing, a neutralizing liquid is charged into the chemical liquid tank, and the neutralizing liquid is injected into the immersion membrane, and the washing liquid remaining in an immersion membrane unit 7, etc., is neutralized. Thereafter by sucking with a suction pump 10, neutralized washing liquid can be discharged, so that the operation is immediately started again.</p> |
