SEWAGE COAL COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A sewage coal composition is provided which can utilize as a substitutive energy source by combining the sewage with coal powder and chemical additives. Also, a preparation of the composition is provided. CONSTITUTION: A preparation of a sewage coal composition comprises the steps of : each preparing sewage and coal powders by pulverizing coal and sewage from a sewage disposal plant in a pulverizer; mixing the dehydrated sewage and the coal powder in a weight ratio of 8:2 to 2:8, and then adding about 0.2% of a combustion additive to the mixture to mix well the three materials in a mixer; shaping the mixture in a compression type mold to produce new pellet materials, having a particle form irregular and an average diameter of particle of about 10mm; drying the pellet in a drying machine; spray coating the pellet with a polymer compound in an amount of 0.01 to 1% based on total amount of materials; and then removing the powder from the new fuel obtained by drying with supplying to a rotating trommel body(6).
