ENERGY CAPTURE TYPE PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMIC RESONATOR

PURPOSE: An energy capture type piezoelectric ceramic resonator is provided to lower an electric resistance by broadening the area of a coupling part to which an electrode is connected and to avoid the damage of a thin film electrode by the external impact. CONSTITUTION: A pair of thin film electrode parts(21) of an energy capture type piezoelectric ceramic resonator are to be overlapped to each other at the different sides on a ceramic substrate(20). A pair of coupling parts(22) are extended as to gradually enlarge from one side of the respective thin film electrode parts into the other side having the other direction being different from the direction of the side. A pair of terminal connection parts(23) are connected respectively to the end of the pair of coupling parts extended for applying electric power.
