A method and a system for providing a loyalty service based on a mobile number are provided to automatically store mileage/point, a discount coupon, or an electronic gift certificate received from a member shop to a royalty account based on the mobile number of a customer, and enable the customer to use stored royalty based on the mobile number by linking the mobile number with a card number. A mobile terminal(100) of the customer automatically receives a notification for the received royalty such as the mileage/point, the discount coupon, or the electronic gift certificate through a text or voice message. The royalty account(200) of each user includes the card number, the royalty information and the mobile number linked with the card number, and an email address. A royalty server(300) stores/manages the royalty account to a database, processes the royalty use in the member shop by linking with the card number, and provides the customer with Internet information services related to the royalty through a webpage, an email, the text or voice message, and file transfer. A payment terminal(400) of the member shop accumulates the royalty to the customer or receives the royalty of the customer by connecting to the royalty server.
