DRIVER CIRCUIT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit suitable for preventing an occurrence of a delay in a response to an input of a drive signal and a method for manufacturing the drive circuit. SOLUTION: Three contact holes for connecting signal lines Ls, Ls1-Ls4 formed in space part from transistors Tr1-Tr4 to gate electrodes of a transistor via an insulating layer 14 are respectively provided at transistors Tr1-Tr4. Thus, a time in which an input signal is spread to the overall gate electrode is shortened. A response to inputting of the drive signal is relatively fastened.
