PARKING AIDING DEVICE

A steering aiding device at a parking time, which allows the driver to grasp the steering timing and amount easily when the driver parks the vehicle. With a controller (51), there are connected a start switch (53), a function selecting switch (56), a yaw rate sensor (52) for detecting the angular velocity in the yaw angle direction of the vehicle, and a buzzer (54) for giving steering information by a voice to the driver. The controller computes the yaw of the vehicle by integrating the angular velocity in the yaw direction, as detected by the yaw rate sensor, to specify what step of the parking procedure the vehicle is in, on the basis of the computed yaw angle. And, the driver is given the operating method or timing according to each step, as the steering informations by the voice.
