<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup-shaped container with a non-contact IC tag capable of preventing in advance the non-contact IC tag from being broken, and reliably avoiding communication interruption. <P>SOLUTION: The cup-shaped container comprises a container body 1 having an outwardly curled part 5 at an opening edge, a lid material 2 heat-bonded to the opening edge of the container body 1, and a fitting lid 3 mounted to the opening edge of the container body 1 with the lid material 2 heat-bonded thereto.
