An optical sensor module is provided to irradiate light with uniform intensity onto a measuring part of a living body and to improve measurement reproducibility by using a waveguide. An optical sensor module is used for detecting a physiological signal of a living body as a target. The optical sensor module includes at least one light source(220,222) for generating light, an optical detector(230) for monitoring the intensity of the light reflected from the living body, and a waveguide(210) for contacting the living body. The waveguide includes a first surface and a second surface in order to output uniformly the light of the light source onto an entire surface of the first surface. A light receiving surface of the optical detector is exposed on one side of the first surface. The second surface is positioned at the other side of the first surface.
