<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a string striking system for a piano by which the static load acting on the tip on the player side of a key can be easily adjusted. <P>SOLUTION: Each key 3 is provided with a long-sized weight lever 21 which is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the key 3 in the upper side on the side of the key 3 opposite to a player side, is fixed at one end freely oscillationally in a vertical direction to a piano body and is constituted in such a manner that its vertically displaceable open end side comes into contact with the top surface of the key 3 by its own weight to exert a load to the key 3. By constituting the string striking device in such a manner, the adjustment of the static load acting on the key 3 by exchanging the weight lever 21 is made possible without disassembling the string striking system and removing the key 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
