PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a means capable of applying past result information even to a new organization constitution to allow a retrospective data analysis.

SOLUTION: Result data are held in a form of a minimum unit of data. An organization constitution is separated from results, and managed by another database. The organization constitution and the result data are combined on a separately-provided analyzing database to be adapted to the analysis. By making the result data and organization constitution data have time information, the retrospective analysis can be performed.
