<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Tofu which contains fruits, peeled skins and exocarps discarded on the secondary processing of fruits, stalk ends discarded on cutting processing of vegetables, or the like, to change the white color of Tofu, has nutrients contained in the fruits, the peeled skins and exocarps of the fruits, and the vegetables, and can be eaten in a sense of dessert, and to provide thick deep-fried Tofu. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the Tofu comprises drying fruits, peeled skins and exocarps discarded on the secondary processing of fruits, stalk ends discarded on cutting processing of vegetables, or the like, with a freeze-drier, pulverizing the dried product with a mill, and adding the obtained powder in a process for producing Tofu.
