<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a part of resource to a user by making sponsor costs to be paid to an agent as a payment relating to transmission of sponsor providing information to the user instead of the sponsor as the resource. <P>SOLUTION: An information managing device 100 comprises a communication unit 110 for performing a communication to an external via a communication network, an information managing unit 160 for managing transmission of the sponsor providing information to be provided to the user from the sponsor, a sponsor information registering unit 120 for registering information about the sponsor including the sponsor costs, a user information registering unit 130 for registering information relating to the user, a distribution fee calculating unit 140 for calculating a distributing fee to be distributed to a browsing user who browses the sponsor providing information, and a payment processing unit 150 for performing a payment process of the distribution fee relating to the all browsing user by making a part of the sponsor costs registered to the sponsor information registering means as the resource. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
