<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter improved in the elimination effect of electric noise, and a motor. <P>SOLUTION: The noise filter 10 comprises: a penetration hole 12 that allows a power supply line to penetrate; a first conductor pattern 13 that is positioned close to the penetration hole 12 and electrically connected to the power supply line that penetrates the penetration hole 12; a substrate 11 on which the first conductor pattern 13 and an electrically-insulated second conductor pattern 14 are formed; and a capacitor 15 that is arranged on the substrate 11 and connected in series between the first conductor pattern 13 and the second conductor pattern 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
