PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam-filled tire which is manufactured at high production efficiency and has better riding comfort and durability. SOLUTION: Closed cell foams are filled in an inner cavity part of a hollow doughnut-shaped tire. The closed cell foam contains the vulcanized dienic rubber composition as a continuous phase, and has closed cells dispersed in the continuous phase. The closed cell has a structure of a micro-capsule shape with an outer shell formed of a resin material. The resin material contains a resin element which is not cross-linkable with a dienic rubber, and mainly consists of a polyolefin-based resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
