BACKLIGHT PANEL EMPLOYING WHITE LIGHT EMITTING DIODE HAVING RED PHOSPHOR AND GREEN PHOSPHOR

A backlight panel employing a white LED(Light Emitting Diode) having a red phosphor and a green phosphor is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and thickness by implementing white light through a single light emitting diode. A backlight panel includes a light guide plate(27) for emitting light incident from a side direction, to an upper part, white LEDs(Light Emitting Diodes)(23w) which are placed in a side of the light guide plate, emit white light to the light guide plate, and have a blue LED chip and a red phosphor and a green phosphor located in an upper part of the blue LED chip, and a diffusing plate(31) located in the upper part of the light guide plate.
