<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive unit enhanced in safety and reliability without causing the occurrence of a regenerative phenomenon, and a motor device. <P>SOLUTION: The motor drive unit 100 includes: an inverter 20 which converts DC power into a drive voltage and feeds it to a motor 10; a speed control part 40 which generates a drive control signal VSP1 on the basis of a speed command signal Sref and a speed detection signal FG; a deceleration detection part 51 which detects that a deceleration command has been issued in the speed command signal Sref; a variation suppressing part 50 which starts to suppress a variation per time with respect to the drive control signal VSP1 when the detection of a deceleration signal is indicated, and outputs the suppressed signal as a drive control signal VSP2 during a period that the speed of the motor reaches at least a stabilized speed; and an inverter drive part 30 which adjusts a drive voltage output by the inverter 20 according to the drive control signal VSP2, and controls the speed of the motor 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
