A ubiquitous base blogging system, in which blogging activity operates extempore, is provided to make the blogging activity between a human and an object. A ubiquitous base blogging system, in which blogging activity operates extempore, includes a portable instrument(400) and a storage unit(200). The portable instrument transmits blogging information, input by a user, to the storage unit, performs a wireless telecommunication with situation information sensing unit with an identification number and requests an object blog to record blogging information. The storage unit receives location information of the portable instrument from the situation information sensing unit, produces a recordable object blog list, transmits it to the portable instrument and records the blogging information in the object blog which is selected by the user. |
