An engine room module of a fuel cell for a vehicle is provided to facilitate the piping by mounting an air conditioner compressor in the front of a motor and mounting an air blower in the rear of the motor. An engine room module of a fuel cell for a vehicle is composed of a motor(100) mounted on a subframe which is a bottom frame of an engine room, an air blower(102) which is integrally mounted on the rear of a motor casing and a speed reducer, an air conditioner compressor(108) which is integrally mounted on the front of the motor casing, and a high voltage controller(114) which is mounted on the upper of the motor casing left and right. The distance between a condenser and the air conditioner compressor are shortened in order to shorten the length of an air-conditioner pipe.
