FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of radio electronics, in particular to method for production of manganese-zinc ferrites with low magnetic losses for intense magnetic fields at frequencies up to 3 MHz, intended for manufacturing of low-profile transformers in modules of secondary power supply sources of active phased arrays (APA). Substance of invention consists in the fact that fine-dispersed powder of basic composition, containing components MnO, ZnO and Fe2O3 is complemented with combined ligature, which consists of main and auxiliary components for production of desired composition. Content of combined ligature does not exceed 10% of total mass. Mixture is annealed in nitrogen, products are pressed and annealed in nitrogen with reduction of residual oxygen content. ^ EFFECT: increased radiated power and distance of equipment effect with application of produced ferrites, its improved reliability, stability of generators operation and reduction of overall loads at amplifying cascades of equipment. ^ 8 ex, 2 tbl |
